What Is The Best pH Level Of Water For Guppy Fish ?

Guppies are one of best fish to keep for beginners and also for experienced fish keepers. Guppies are a generally very hard fish and they can accept a wide range of pH levels. However it is advisable to keep guppies in a basic water with a pH level between 7 to 8. Guppies don’t like soft acidic water.

You can easily measure the water pH at home by yourself. All you need is a pH tester strip or a digital pH meter. Although you can use any one of them i personally prefer using digital pH meter as it gives more accurate readings and also more beneficial in long run although it is costly when compared with the pH testing strips. Strips comes with an expiry date and will expire after their due date.
